Hilary is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, licensed and trained to treat behavioral health concerns across the lifespan. She has a particular clinical interest in working with adolescents, but hopes to help clients of all ages to lead more fulfilling lives through individualized medication management and therapy.
Hilary graduated from the University of Texas at Austin twice, first with a Bachelor of Arts honors degree in psychology and later with a Master of Science as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Hilary is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honors Society.
Hilary makes clinical decisions based on the most up-to-date research and evidence-based interventions. Her practice is holistic, integrating medication with therapy, nutrition, self-care, exercise, community, and spirituality. Hilary incorporates mindfulness, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques into each session. She believes that each person has a story which deserves to be discovered and heard. She hopes to help her clients to piece together their narratives and recognize their own strengths, self-compassion, and self-sufficiency.
