Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Hilary is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, licensed and trained to treat behavioral health concerns across the lifespan. Hilary graduated from the University of Texas at Austin twice, first with a Bachelor of Arts honors degree in psychology and later with a Master of Science as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Hilary is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honors Society.

Her practice is holistic, integrating medication with therapy, nutrition, self-care, exercise, community, and spirituality. Hilary incorporates mindfulness, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques into each session. She believes that each person has a story which deserves to be discovered and heard.
