Laura Wills 

Chief Operating Officer

Laura Wills, Ph.D., MHA has an extensive background in healthcare operations and leadership.  She has worked in the ambulatory space in Austin, Texas for over two decades in primary care and specialty care.  Laura believes the focus of healthcare should always center on the patient’s physical, emotional, and mental health needs.  The patient is first; always.

Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a Masters degree in Health Administration from Texas State University, and a Ph.D. in Health Services Research and Public Health from Texas A&M University.

She is a long time Austin resident since undergrad years, has raised her two daughters in Austin, and currently lives with her two rescue Great Danes.
