Audrey Amburgey is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner trained to treat behavioral and mental health conditions across the lifespan. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio.

Before pursuing her advanced practice degree, Audrey worked as a Registered Nurse in a Psychiatric Emergency Room. There she developed deep expertise in verbal de-escalation, addiction care, and crisis intervention. That frontline experience shaped her clinical instincts and reinforced her commitment to meeting patients where they are.

Audrey takes a collaborative approach with every patient, working together to support treatment goals through evidence-based practice. She is known for being kind, compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping those in need. She sees patients at CARMAhealth's Austin and Dripping Springs locations.
