Dr. Braulio Mariano-Mejia serves as Medical Director of CARMAhealth's Coral Springs practice, where he oversees clinical operations and ensures every patient receives comprehensive, evidence-based care. Board certified in both Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine, he brings a uniquely integrated perspective to behavioral health treatment.

With more than 15 years of clinical experience and over a decade specializing in addiction medicine, Dr. Mariano-Mejia is skilled at managing the complex interplay between psychiatric conditions and substance use disorders. His dual training in internal medicine allows him to address co-occurring medical issues that many behavioral health providers overlook.

Dr. Mariano-Mejia earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and completed an Addiction Medicine fellowship at the University of Florida. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling him to connect with the diverse communities CARMAhealth serves across South Florida.
