Henna Jafri, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Henna Jafri is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan. She holds both a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Nova Southeastern University, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Henna is committed to improving the lives of individuals affected by mental illness through comprehensive medication management and supportive care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Henna is deeply dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, championing patient advocacy, and fostering open, transparent relationships between patients and providers. She believes that empowering individuals through education and empathetic communication is key to achieving lasting wellness. With a strong clinical foundation and a patient-centered approach, Henna works to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, respected, and supported on their journey to mental health recovery.
